Flash to the "Flash0:/ asdfasfsadf/asdf"

Hey, call me whatever you want but heres my question. I hear people talking about things like using those packages made up that include a bunch of commonity made mods to flash to ur PSP. Now, I see in the instructions and I hear it a lot... how do u just go about flashing something to a specific place in the flash memory? Like: Flash0:asdf/asdfasdf/abc/ ??? I use XFlash for my modding needs but some things dont work with it.

I don't even know exactly what they are talking about how it says to go flash the file to a certain place (flash0:/...) without giving more instructions.

Oh and one more thing, how do u get rid of extra language packs on the flash that I'll never use? So I can free up more space.

Thx,
KillerHurdz.

Install Custom FW 3.03OE-C or above, and boot into recovery (hold [R] after hard reset) got to [ADVANCED] and enable flash for 1 or 0. Windows hould see it as a removable disk.

I cant help you in terms of what languages you can delte, sorry.

or you could use pspfiles (in hacker mode) but beware if you dont know what your doing you could semi or fully birck so only use if you have good working knowledge. using it through recovery mode is easiest but besure not to delete any thing important and back up before you overwrite.

Or if you're religiously stuck on 1.5, I suggest that you use USB SSS.

Now, which firmware is that for? I'm currently running 3.03 OE-B and I don't see it under advanced.

[edit] OHHHH..... thats why... I'm on 3.03 OE-B... dumb. I'll go change it and see if it works.

Does it? Damn. I'll have to test it for myself.

EDIT: You're right. Oh well, just yet another reason to upgrade to an OE!
