xmb icons

I am haveing alot of trouble with xmb icons and I am sick of trying. We some one be so kind to put them into my topmenu file? Let me know and I will e-mail you everything.

Or you might be able to help. I make file the correct dimensions and I also make it 256 colors like it says to. so when I go to put it into rco editor it says that width must be divible by 16 and height must be divisibly by 8. WHAT THE HELL DO I DO NOW? Sorry about that. I am extremely frustrated. I have been working on this for the past 6 hours now and I am about to kill some one.

I had them at 64x64 and it says it was the wrong dimensions

EDIT: Ok I tried 64x64 and I didn't work. It just made all my icons all choppy.

What I do is resize them just using Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Im sure there are thousands of Programs you can use. Just photoshop probably..

Then open it in paint and save it as an 8 Bit BMP

Ok, I need some help. I can't change the names or some things in the XMB. I would just leave it as is, but they have some real wierd names for everything. Like instead of movie, it's anime. wierd! Oh by the way, I got the rco from some one who made it so I could use 64x64 icons.
