hi...could any 1 explain in plain english

how u downgrade a psp. im currently on version 3.11 but ive been led 2 believe it was orginally a 1.5. so any help would be be very much appreciated...excuse the spelling lol...thanks in advance

the downgrader is currently only available for 3.03 n below

Unfourtunatly any firmware above 3.03 is "un-downgradeable"

No. Sorry, you'll just have to wait, maybe a day maybe a month.
Sony dont want you to use homebrew, so when a "glitch" is found in the firmware that allows you downgrade they come out with a patch (firmware update). You will have to wait for a glitch that will allow you downgrade back to 1.50.

Thats about as noob as I can put it.
