Question is there a 3.11 downgrade? (No: The highest downgrade is for 3.03, requires GTA:LCS)
could any1 tell me if there is a downgrade 4 3.11 yet as ive been told that until there is i wont be able 2 use homebrew...is this correct.

Sorry mate, there isn't a downgrade for even 3.10 yet. It might take a month or two ti'll one with come out for 3.11 so you'll just have to keep waiting.. A good thing to do is to gather the homebrew and games you would like to put on in advance e-mail me at: ramshank_oojamaflip@hotmail.com if you have any questions
