3.03 OE-C is the best.
3.30 OE, sadly, doesn't have popsloader yet.
Either of the last are very good, but if you want to use custom XMB icons and/or play PS1 on your PSP (illegally, basically), then 3.03 OE-C is right for you. Don't ask about illegal PS1 eboots on PSP3D, though, as it is against the rules and will get you banned.

Points: 0.05 Donate | | | Yea 3.03 OE-C is the best to use instead of 3.02 OE because it has the third most recent FW update. Can also play games that require 3.03 to play. The recovery mod looks different on 3.03 OE-C than on 3.02 OE. |
