A Possible TIFF exploit is found.
The exploit is confirmed.
A hello world is released.
Shortly after, a TIFF homebrew game is released.
Many TIFF games were released after.
After many months, the eLoader (homebrew eboot loader) is released. 2.80 users rejoice.
One day before Christmas of 2006, the 2.80 downgrader is *Finally* released.
----
That happened over about a 6 month period.
So don't expect a downgrader or eLoader shortly after the exploit is found made.

So don't expect a downgrader or eLoader shortly after the exploit is found made. | And yet you could downgrade 3.03 in a few days after the exploit was found. Sorry, just nitpicking  .
These are the steps that lead to a downgrader: - Glitch is noticed
- Glitch is injected with code to see if it will run
- If the code can run, does it run in kernel mode?
- If the code isn't in kernel mode, an e-loader is eventuly made, untill another exploit is found that will alow kernel mode to run.
At this point, a downgrader is possible and will be made. But untill that happens, no downgrader. So just wait untill someone finds a glitch, and pray that glitch can run code in kernel mode.
