Change the values circled in red. To Resize, change the stretch values to 0.X. (X = interger 1-9). I have mine set to 0.7. You have to change both width and height. The top values are the position in the XMB.
To change the, Clock, Mute symbol, Hold Symbol etc. just do the same to each in the system_plugin_fg.rco.
BTW, Clock SxW values are set to 1 by default, that second screen has already been edited.
Just expiriment with diferent combos.
