ok so im a newbie to the world of PSP and after much research and trial and error, i was able to install eloader on my 2.6 PSP. what i would like to do is run perhaps an iso or some other homebrew game on my psp. i have eloader .9.9 which apparently does not require the UMD of GTA.

i know that eloader is used when you don't want to downgrade. devhook as per my understanding is only available for 1.5 and 2.71, so maybe im out of luck. what are my options if i can't take a risk on downgrading, and im out of a region where i can get the GTA UMD?

I know I'm not Jarrod, but Devhook firmware emulation is fine, as long as you don't discuss ISOs (or any other pirated stuff, including using ripped games of any sort, even if they're your own), or give links to Devhook firmware dumps.
