someone told me that I wasnt supposed to put the tif file into the mp root folder. Then what root folder am i supposed tp put it in????

i kept making the same mistake mp root is nothing u should mess with where it shows mp root and psp that is your root so just put it there

ok cool once I downgrade my psp successfully does it shorten the life of the psp or is it just like an original 1.5 psp?

aright thanks alot sounds good so the root is the part where it says psp and mp root, just copy it next to those folders?

Cat you are leading people astray agaim with yuor desire to post. Your Root does indeed contain two folders one called Psp the other unimportant for current hacks as it only contains video. Your USB or MAC connection willl always connect to this folder so mot loaders/downgraders have taken advantage of this.
