I was just surfing PSP Emulation News PSP Gaming PSP Hardware PSP Homebrew PSP hacking PSP Updates Playstation Portable PSP movies PSP consoles PSP Shop Buy Preoder PSP Here and saw the advertisement "Homebrew Ready PSPs" down the right-hand side column. The link takes me to SuccessHK (http://www.superufo.com/) and they sell 1.50 PSPs. I thought cool so I registered and clicked Add To Cart and started the ordering procedure. I Checked Out, selected Delivery UPS/FedEx/DHL and clicked Order without supplying my payment details. Now it looks like the order is being processed and the item being sent to me.

Will I pay the delivery person? Will I be charged Tax Duty? Since I live in UK but ordered a Japanese PSP, will I be able to replace the Jap 1.50 with US 1.50 System Software?

Theirs no reason why you would have to replace the Japanese 1.50 update with a US one. If you really wanted to you could update to 2.00 and downgrade back to 1.50 with a US 1.50 update.
