Cf 3.40 OE-A Help needed!! plz

ok i finally got my psp downgraded and then upgraded wit custom firmware 3.40 oe-a and now i need some help wit the nitepr, the places things need to be stored in.. and how to activate them.. i am a noob at this so all the help i get.. i would appreciate it alot..
