Hello again

Hi. I am back and once again full of questions I had my PSP away for incredible 9 months and now its finally back in my hands working like a charm. But I would like to know if there are any groundbreaking news in the PSP world. I gave up using DevHook and got 3.71M33 CFW now.

- We're up to 4.01 M33-2 now.
- 4.00 firmware came out with the groundbreaking feature called "Google Search"
- Star Wars: The Force Unleashed came out, yes this is important

And that's really it.

Thanks Dq. Is this Google search a useful thing? Cause loading a google.com page takes about 3 seconds... And the FW has any new features in it besides this?

I haven't ever used Google Search on my PSP. And as for features, I'm not to sure. All I know about is the Google Search because everyone was pissed off about it when the feature was released.

4.00 wasn't good

That was pretty much the only new feature. Oh there was the ability to slow down and speed up video play but nothing really good came in 4.00 so everyone was pissed myself included.

I've used the Google search via the XMB a few times just screwing around and when i was looking for info on Silent Hill 2 which I just beat

I made this after the disappointing 4.00 update

3.90 M33 was a pretty good update. And M33 updates past 3.80 have this new feature where you can download newer M33 firmwares via network update.

It's not like the 4.00 M33 firmware sucks or anything. It just added crappy features.
