Can't update.

My firmware is 3.03 OE-B and I'm trying to update to the latest firmware so my brother can play some new game he bought and it isn't working. A screen comes up and it says I have a DADADA error. I haven't messed with my PSP in a couple years so I don't really have a clue how I would go about getting this to work. Anybody have any ideas how I could go about getting this to update? Thanks doodz.
