Imagine all things you can do, if you simply connect your 60GB iPod Video with a tiny usb-cable to your PSP... :-) However, there is one thing to keep in mind: You will need software, which supports the usb-host mode in order to communicate with usb-slave devices such as an external harddrive. Maybe someone can code a driver or filemanager? Or just add host-mode support to a new version of umdloader :-)
Does anybody here actually have the Socom microphone/headset and has tried it on a normal PC? In case it is a slave-device (thats what I assume) and recognized by your PC, it proves that the PSP also can do usb host-mode...
So hopefully, somebody will come up soon with some new, cool application... |

Points: 6.18 Donate | | | No, I still dont think its possible. You would still need to develop applications for both the ipod and PSP. It doesnt seem like it would work. Its not as easy as that. What do you mean tryed our headset on my pc, I have and it hasnt worked for me. |
