Hi, I'm new.
While looking through my pc I found a firmware uploader could it be possible to use it to upgrade or downgrade psp with some modification.
Sorry if this has been posted before, have looked but don't know.

DrayTek Firmware Utility.
It is not specifically designed for psps it does a number of things. |
