well im another one who was stupid enough to update!

i was just wondering if theres been any progress with an eboot or downgrader. i no that edisoncarter got a gta cheat device and ive enjoyed usin it, i just wondered will that be the exploit people will use to make the eboot or downgrader. i just wondered also on what ur view is on hackin 2.6 firmware, also if some 1 manages to hack 2.5 i heard its the same security as 2.6. i dunno mayb im stupid and im willing to wait i wont go crazy i just wondered if we could expect it, i no people are working on it and good luck to you.

there is a thread already stating what is being done/what can be done/wat has failed in the hacking forum i think.

seeing as it is your 1st post im not going to have a go at you

1.Please read the stickies as they would answer all your Q's.
2.there will be no downgrader through the gta savegame hack
3.when the ebot loader for gta hack is complete you will not be able to use iso's as there is no access to the flash.
4.FW 2.6 does have more security than 2.5 .

Fanjita is working on getting his eboot loader to work on 2.01 and 2.50 . He said that he will also work on 2.60 but after 2.01 and 2.50 . See www.fanjita.org

As for a downgrader , forget it . The GTA hack seems very unlikley . Maybe an exploit that has VSH or Kernal maybe found .
