How do theyy create an game for a emulator?? is there a reader for the game or what??(i'm kinda noob on the subject)

Thats not true it all depends on the coding. For example I play king of fighters 99 with the neo geo cd emulator and then I street fighter on snes emulator. The neo geo emulator runs fine over 60 fps the whole time no loag whatsoever and then on the snes one I get lag and the neo geo is much more powerful then the snes because it had 2 processors and its own separate graphics chip.

Emulating a n64 game will take years, so don't bother yet.
