I have recently gotten a psp and when i found out that i had version 2.01 it felt like as if i just got ripped off. Why? Because i can't do homebrew and thats the only reason why i got the damn thing.

But after looking around for a few months ive come to decide that all of you people out there look up to one person (starts with an F and sounds like a drink..i think). Basicly if he doesn't come out with it then it's not real...every 2 days i see posts on every day psp site saying. "I found an exploit!!!" congrats....do something about it and crash your own damn psp.let us know what went wrong and see if we can build off of that. if you have skills in c then take a crack at it.... If i see one more spanish video telling me how to make my psp crash and not run home-brew ( who the hell came up with that name??) then im going to scream. to all of you 2.01+ people out there.. please for the love of god stop posting your "bomb threats" if you don't get a downgrader.. go out buy a damn game. have fun with your new investment and when the time is right someone with a drink name will bring you a treat. until this STOP POSTING..

Well said, but those crashes people discover could actually lead to something like an overflow. Sorry you got stuck with 2.01...Welcome to PSP3D

1 thing, you can actually say his nickname. Not like he is a secret government spy like 007!!. Its FANJITA

im guessing that you only got the psp to play iso's by you saying homebrew was the only reason you got it and getting iso's to run is not at the top of fanjitas agenda all he just wants us to play emulators and stuff and thats all i really want

No i know i can say his name it's just i can never remember it.. heh. And yes the noob situation is an outrage. I didn't buy it so i could play ISO's thats just wrong "COUGH".

Hope you are kidding... Fanjita is untouchable... He found the only way (for now) to play (some) homebrew on 2.01,2.50,2.60 ...

...I know that is borin see messages like "Find an exploit" and "Possible Downgrade" but an exploit (like someone said previously) is the main "event" before the downgrade...

...I hope there will be one soon 'cuz i'm tired to --> Start GTA --> Load the eBoot Loader --> Play ... But i will always thanks Fanjita, Ditlew and the other who work @ the project for what they gave to us...

...Keep on waitin...

I am with you 100% man im tired of waiting for that downgrader and am gonna get some games. The only thing that hurts is that the games are so damn expensive. You can actually buy a new PSP for the cost of 5 games... Thats sad!!! Sony should make games a bit more affordable and then, i swear, i will never want ISOs EVER!!!

I'm sick of these kids too.

They think you can just MAKE a downgrader.They don't understand that you have to have an exploit that can write to flash first.

I can`t believe what i`m reading !!! Are there really people out there who bought a psp just to play isos and never wanted to buy a game ??? If so, hopefully no way to start isos on 2.01+ will ever be found !!!!

The system is going to die if no one ever buys a game and there will never be developers who will put real high budgets in developing new games.

thnx to him we can enjoy some of the homebrew that is released instead of pulling our finger in our nose
