I found this on usenext earlier that looks interesting. Im reckoning its to do with the exploit that has already been found for the current 2.5 downgrader project, but im not sure. The name of the zip/rar folder is "psp 2.5hack" all it contains are 2 very short video clips, and an eboot. Ive scanned the eboot and it is clean. I'm not sure how to test the eboot though, as its on its own, can anyone try it out for me and see if its anything usefull?

Points: 0.49 Donate | | | i tried to use it as an update in the folder --UPDATE under GAME and that didnt work...psp just crashes and you cant do anything..NOT A BRICKER--going to try an sei psp it |

=exported it to psp via sei psp tool--didnt work
=tried to put it in an update folder--didnt work
but was does happen is that when you go to the mem stick to access it,the psp freezes..this could be a possible exploit maybe..but thats just a maybe b/ i have ver 1.50 as ive already said...also,when you do finally click on it--it sorta just stayed there for a sec on the screen...the loading symbol is loading in the lower right corner and then it says that the file cant be loaded bc of some kinda error--this may work on 2.5,who knows!? |
