I do not own a wireless connection, but when I search in the infastructure mode on my school campus it finds a connection with 35% strength. Is there any way I can use this to connect. When I try to connect it just says unable to locate IP address? Thanks |

At any rate, you'll have to setup a connection in wireless settings, and odds are you should leave everything to automatic like IP and DNS and stuff. Also the signal might be secure, even if the psp detects it, it doesn't mean you will be able to connect. |

Also they may have you login to use the connection, not sure what school you're at, but at my school they have open wireless, but you have to have a valid username and pass to get anywhere on the web. |

If you have a wireless connection in your home (if u get one) you can only go so far b4 loosing signal and u have babyback onto someone's system. Most wireless connections only go so far depending on the signal. Mine is in bacement and only 55% upstair's and like 1% outside the front door and i do pick up someones signal around my home and outside of my home (not mine) that i can't use.
Anyway hope that helped. |
