i think that you ca but remember that the internal flash was only made to be writen maybe a 100 times in the psp life. so just keep that in mind.

my psp has never EVER bricked from doing it...

Hi sin- i think that dude is right, my m8 for some reason kept upgrading from 1.5
to 2.0 around 5 times and he was half way to downgrading using the mph downgrader and his treasured psp was a brick....very sad.

i'm getting 3 different awnsers right know

2. YES But the flash can be written over about 100 times

I think you can do it as many times as you wish, but you really shouldn't overdo it. The PSP might brick.

It can be done as many times as you wish. Remember, it's just like a Memory Stick, you can write and delete all you want.

So yes you pretty much can do it when ever you what and how many ever times you want but i would didnt do it more than 100 times

yes its a very durable chip(in terms of flashing), i think it was developed by samsung, i may be wrong tho regardless, you can flash it all you want

You cannot flash it all you want, that is incorrect. The downgrader does have a chance of bricking your psp.
