I find this:

PSP 2.00+ Exploit Crash Pack Created by: Team X Hack

Intro: This pack creates 3 files that will crash the PSP. The first file will crash the web
browser when opened in it. The other file is an Eboot that will crash the PSP.

Installation:

--Web Browser File(Crash.html)--
1. Take crash.html and place in root of memory stick.
2. Open up web browser and type in: File:/crash.html
3. PSP will freeze and automaticaly shut off after about 30 seconds.

--Web Browser File(X.html)--
1. Take x.html and place in root of memory stick.
2. Open up web browser and type in: File:/x.html
3. PSP will ask if it can open another window. Keep saying yes until you get a screen saying
there are no used tabs. Pick a tab and hit X.
4. The PSP will freeze and shut off.

--EBOOT File--
1. Take eboot.pbp and place in PSP-GAME-UPDATE (all caps)
2. Browse to game-memory stick in PSP XMB.
3. Select PSP XPLOIT Ver 0.01 and boot.
4. PSP will freeze on boot/loader screen and shut off after about 30 seconds.
