Will the old eboots for 1.5 magically work with the new eboot loader that comming up, or do we need to make em all over again?

I think the eboots that are made for the 2.0 eboot loader should work fine with the 2.xx eboot loader.

i don't think the 1.5 will work..

I would like to see an 2.0 iso loader on 1.5.. that would be great.
I'm waiting months for this

The aim of the EBOOT loader is to provide a standard platform for all EBOOTs, that is as close to that of 1.0/1.5 as possible.

So in theory, your 1.5 EBOOTs will just work. In practice, some won't, but the aim all the while is to allow unaltered v1.0/v1.5 EBOOTs to just run.
