Just a thought, i don't know how to do this, but maybe a task for someone who does: extract the 2.6 FW update, remove the 2.6 shit and replace it with the 2.0 or 1.5 FW files, could that work? |

| | | | If someone knew how to dissasemble the firmware, add replace or modify files, then recompile it and upload it so the PSP would accept it and run all code.... There wouldn't be the problems we have now.
In short, it would be a good start, but no-one to date can do it. |

| | | | i have not open up my psp yet to see what is inside. but once upon a time i had a bois flash what when wrong which was fix with a hotswap with the bios chip. would it be possabile to get a 1.0 frimware start the update then replace the chip with a 2.50 then start the flash that why the system has already decided that its upgrading to a newer bios. just an idea. |
