I get a "game could not be started" error 80020148. Does this thing require that eLoader?

Yes I am dumb. I just got my PSP yesterday, so sorry. I will try this though on my FW 2.01 when I rent GTA today and run the eLoader. If nobody has tested it w/ 2.01 by then, I will post my results. I am leaving at 4 to go eat and to get the game. Since I will be out, I will search for a Panera or someplace where they have Wi-Fi. Oh, does the PSP require WEP or some other kind of encryption in able to connect to wireless networks? Thanks.

I LOADED FLASHMOD2.00
I just loaded flashmod2 made for 1.5,1.0 psps does that program access teh flash because i just ran it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
