EDIT: Yes it works, I ran sonic on it
but I have no sound

Just copy the files in PSP\GAME\DGEN\ and open it with eLoader
Put the roms there too.
I've only tried sonic 3 and it runned at 60-70 fps!!!
Edit: I've got v2.01
