if ppl can load socom by usin' tat hack thing and they r able to load the vid to the first mission why can't we load gta to the first page? i mean gta and socom have the same avc encodings so ya...did tat ever pop into ppls mind b4?

I think there is a way to get it running on 1.5 partially.

Each game is diff, i've tried a lot of stuff trying to get 2.0 games to run on 1.5, decoding the files'n'replacing with others from other games. They're all diff. GTA and Socom are both diff, they may use the same named prx files, but yeah, wont run. Better off upgrading to 2.0 then playing it, then just downgrading it. Unless your dodgy and dont own the game and stuff
