Unhappy SNES--uo.Snes9x.cfg
i have been playing the snes emulator... which i have over a hundred games for on my psp.... but once i play 1 rom ... the next time i try again the screen goes blue and my psp turns off... so i looked at my files through my computer ... and i found that a file was added during the rom i was playing... i deleted it and the rom again... it worked and when i tried to load another rom ... it did the same thing the psp turned off and the file was added during the play of the rom its called
(uo.Snes9x.cfg). can anybody help me from this file poping up everytime i want to play a Rom.

select rom selection menu. dont exit. thats how i do it

problem
thats the problem i click X on Snes once i loaded the Eboot then it goes balck and turns off
