I got it to work, but I am not happy with the speed it runs the roms at with SNES9X. DGEN runs them practically as fast as the genesis console. The SNES roms are a little slow, even when clocked up to 333MHz.

EDIT:

So I have been playing around with the settings. I clocked the CPU to 333MHz, left screen size at "normal," and set both graphic and sound speeds to 1.4 (anything over 1.4 causes screen to flicker intensly, this may vary depending on the title). It is running pretty well. If anyone is interested, please post your experiences with settings. I would love to know how close to 100% speed other people are getting.

Cheers!

Yea, most roms are working pretty slow on the current SNES emulator, but playing in 333 mHz mode usually fixes this. Thankfully this is just a beta version and not a final release :P

For some reason all the eboots I try work 100% the first time I load them, but if I switch my psp off they become quite unreliable. Someone said to make the game folder read only before you use an eboot, so it can't change (anyone else noticed the large amount of log files now cluttering up your mem stick?) but surely this would mean you can't save any games? I've found the snes works better on lower clock speed with graphic speed at 1.0, it actually advises against running at higher speeds in the readme.

Please Read This: Changing the speed doesn't affect ur luck on wether it loads or not, this is just pure luck, hopefully the next eloader will fix this!

On my 2.6 FW it tends to do this. On the 2.1 it seems to be flawless. The next version they come out with should fix this but for now........ You can try formatting your memory stick, or you can make the files that you are using "read-only" (I heard this works). But until the next release just try crossing your fingers :\
