You're only wanting to use this so much so you can play pirated games. So yeah, great help we are, stearing you away from illegal activities.
Basic knowlege is required when dealing with this kinda thing, which you clearly dont have.

| | | | Not to be rude, but he is right. YOU CANNOT LOAD A HOMEBREW APPLICATION WITH A SNES EMULATOR. The uo_snes9x is just that, an emulator to play snes ROMS, not homebrew made by people from the ground up. The mario game from Arguru is a whole diffeent homebrew that is seperate from the SNES emulator. You know the way you load the snes emulator??, well put the Mario game you got and put it in the same directory as that snes emulator, since they are TWO SEPERATE things. Dont say the readmes are poorly worded when people on the forum are giving you direct answers to what your problem is, then the next post you say something as if the above poster didn't say anything. If you dont understand it after this then yes indeed, you should just go buy a DS and play Sprung or something.
PS Since it's ROMs that you want to play, you will have to find a site to download ROMs, and thats what you put in the Roms folder that you created. Understand that the Roms folder should be inside of the Snes9x folder. I won't tell you were to go get roms, because if you really have to ask and cant just do it on your own, then I don't know what to say.

If its the SNES rom you need to place it in your game folder on your mem stick and then when you boot the emulator it should let you see it.
If its the eboot you place it in the game folder to with your other eboots. The reason you see a folder called tetris in there, is because the games were based on the Tetris homebrew from fanjita.
If you have the mario that was released before the eboot loader thats a whole different story and may be why you dont see it in the eloader menu. | Right there, someone on page 1 was steering that direction. I'm new to this too, but I took my time, spent several weeks reading these boards and searching both here and via Google. I've got my PSP loading the SNES emulator just about every time and most games play perfectly. I've not had to ask questions that are easily answered either via searching or trial and error. Just be prepared for it to not work the first time, but willing to step through it until you not only get it to work, but you understand why it didn't work originally. |
