N64 & PSone Emulators cant wait....

Anyone got any undercover news on the progress of these two....

I'd love to see any of these two to arrive on my psp screen

But what do people think the chances of them been developed into a playable emulator

I know PacManFan is working on the Alpha Build of Psone and that some other guy has left the source for someone to continue the N64 effort....

Me too. I can't wait for the N64 for Super Mario and Mario Kart 64, Banjo Kazooie and Worms Armageddon.

And can't wait for the PSOne emu for Driver and Tomb Raider. (and loads more )

Hmm, yeah, N64 will be never emulated at descent fps, but with PS1 i think we will have nice fullspeed fps with nice graphics, then emulator will be ready enough.

dstrange, wtf are u smoking? don't u mean that u think we will see n64 playable, but not ps1? ps1 is far more complex than n64. i dont think either will be playable on the psp, but someone might make better ports of n64 games (hence, SmashGP).

WTF?
First - N64 is more advanced and powerful than PSX, since its 64bit console and PSX is 32bit.
Second - N64 have complex architecture, so different from PSP and PS1, and PS1 have some identic moments in its architecture with PSP, so it will be easy to emulate main CPU.
And third - N64 emulation is more complex than PS1 and so much buggy with its graphics microcodes and other crap, even on PC N64 isn`t perfect even in now, since PS1 emulation was almost perfect even in 2002 year and needed much less CPU power for emulation than N64.
That is it, i don`t think what normal N64 emulation is possible on PSP, but i believe what PS1 emu scene will rise in this year, and i think we will have fully capable PS1 emulator with good speed and graphics extensions like texture filters and etc...
Why that GP32x brats already have all the fun with PS1 emu and we are not? - it will be fixed soon =)
