Not for a long time. The psp processor is a mame type not built on intel standards. The entire kernal would have to be reworked from the ground up.

Why would you want symbian????? Its a cell phone OS, and it aint that good at that, but porting a whole os like that would be hard, as we dont even have the source buddy..
