Um first of all you have to have the actual emulator whitch you can get here under download section www.psp-hacks.com and then you have to have the actual rom fo the emulator. once you have that then you put the rom in the ( save) folder in the emulator and then you put that on your psp under game. so it will look like this

PSP-Game-emu&emu%-under emu-save-rom

go to http://psp-hacks.com click 'downloads' on the left, then go to 'emulators' get them, they usually have a 1.5 folder in them, so u dont need to kxploit the file. Read the read me included, but the gist of it is you have 2 folders, for example, SNES9X and SNES9X%

copy both folders into the psp\game\ directory, then load it from the memory stick.

you need to put roms in the folder without the %

I have a 1.5 I tried putting my sega emulator and it loaded up showing the psp logo but then it goes to a screen and says it cannot be started
