is there maby a downgrader for the fireware version : 2.01 to 2.0 or lower??

Geeze, don't be so harsh. He's obviously new (one post) and doesn't know. Can't you give him a straight answer? There is no downgrader for 2.01 or higher because you can't overload TIFF with newer firmwares. Sony made 2.01 because you could get flash0 access allowing people to downgrade.

EDIT: If you have 2.01+ just get the GTA eboot loader from fanjita.org
