my memory card is only 512 MB and i have the final fantasy Advent Children movie (at exactly 700.2MB) i would like to fit onto my PSP along with my SNES and 10 ROMs

prob is, the smallest i could convert the movie file was at these settings found in the program 3GP:

AVC QVGA 30fps VBR QB25 stereo 128kbps

however, that file size came out to be 457 MB, which is WAY too large (leaves me with about 20 MB free space)

now, anything that is NOT 30 fps will not work (i tried 15 fps and it was HORRIBLE). I'm thinking of decreasing the sound to 64kbps but i don't know how. anyone know how to make my file smaller? like which settings?

Sorry to say buddy, but you will greatly diminish the quality if you keep taking away from it. IMO You should just upgrade your MS, as I dont think theres better encoding then AVC. Its very sad, with PMP Mod, someone can have the same movie same size, but at actually 480X272 resolution.
