Well.... I don't wanna make any advertise but, anyone who are looking for legal roms should check http://www.rom-world.com/. When I was looking all over the internet this is the only place I could found to get legal roms. I was only interested in the NEOGEO CD format. Well, you have too pay for it, but it was worth it. I got approx. 7 gigs of games from that site. The roms I checked till now are all working with the NEOGEO CDZ emulator.
