Can anyone tell me how to proberly set up the folders for cdz? Or how to properly place the games on my memory stick?

Every time cdz loads fine but when I tell it to load a game it gives me a pop up and asks me if I want to launch or not. When I tell it to launch it goes to a black screen and does nothing. No matter how long I wait it stays black until I press any button and then it goes back to the cdz browser.

I have 2.01 if that helps anything.
