Anyways, you will need to download whatever emulator the iso is for , and like kernal said, you can find that at psp-hacks, or jsut go to google and punch in "super nintendo (or whatever) emulator". Whichever way suites you best

Dev hook is good because u dnt need a umd but its buggy... keeps slwing up or pauses somtimes...
Fastloader is good but u need a umd.. i havnt seen any jerks using this.
UMD emulator is good because u need it to load gta on 1.5 ... it can be a bit jerky even with a umd ...
so u really need all 3.
