Actually download them or look at them? The place with the widest variety to LOOK at them would, of course, be newgrounds.com. I don't know where you could actually download them though.

You can get a flash-saving plugin (that's what I got) which lets you download flash that's on the page you're looking at.

umm if you have firefox i think you can just go into page info and save it. But yeah, I do have a flash saving plug-in too for IE. It's called Flash Catcher.
