Would it be possible to open up your psp take out the internal memory and replace it with a blank internal memory with no upgrade on it. Also same with bricked psp, just take out the broken part. |

Many devices have jtags, these allow easy access to the parts needed to flash (without getting too technical) but I don't think anyone has found any on the PSP. the other way would be to un-solder the chip that holds the firmware and re-program. (have you seen the inside of a PSP, can seeing this as a option for home users).
So unless you want to replace the motherboard it is not as easy as saying "iust take out the broken parts"
