A new hacking research and developement team has been started recently, TEAM PSP********, one which I am a prominent member of as is Supa_Sick, we published this tutorial to demonstrate how easy it is to create or modify your eLoader menu, currently this is a brief tutorial with only text modifyer offsets included, but we expect to publish a later tutorial with many other interesting eLoader customization options, possibly even an executable program to automatically create new eloader menus, but for now this is the PSP******** GUIDE TO MAKING A CUSTOM ELOADER MENU.
