EDIT: This is what he IS working on.... Here's the stuff I'd like to get into the EBOOT loader. They're in roughly the order that I expect to work on them.
* Support some of the major remaining broken EBOOTs, such as PSP-GBA and SmashGPSP.
* Delete dead threads at application exit.
* Implement a ZIP-file filing-system module, to allow seamless use of homebrew within ZIP files.
* Find better ways to load kernel modules, such as SIRCS and Wifi
* Tool to insert the wifi-code into arbitrary wallpaper images.
* Incorporate bricker-trojan protection into the EBOOT loader by intercepting writes to the flash.
* Add suspend support, at minimum entering a mode with very slow CPU speed, and preferably blanking the screen. Ideally find a way to properly suspend the PSP.
* Add a code relocator, so that problem areas of memory can be avoided.
* IRDA support
* Add screenshot support
* Piracy-protected ISO loader.
Some miscellaneous ideas that I'd like to play with, but don't currently have the time:
* A generic savegame editing tool, that could automatically work out the encryption keys for gamesaves, and let you edit their contents, before re-encrypting them.
* Some game ports from the gp32x versions. Why should they have all the fun?
* Look at other game exploits. Wipeout Pure seems to fulfill most of the criteria for a good game exploit: it's popular, seems quite buggy, and has a wide range of gamesave types.
* Look into methods of overcoming the current 4 GB limit for PSP storage - possibly by using partitioning.
The end.

Try searching next time. | I can't wait till someone tells kernal to search....Maybe he'll like, catch on fire and hit his computer with his keyboard like the advertisement on the side of my screen right now.
And seeing how caught up witht he eloader fanjita is right now, I'd doubt he would take the time to make all of his work go in vain by making a downgrader.
Also, that was posted in January, I'm sure we would have heard more about it by now if it was in progress.
