Id start trying them, see what you like, psp-hacks.com then downloads, then homebrew, then games.
There's a cool mini golf game, dunno if its 2.01 compatible tho

doesnt run anything other than the iso's http://psp-hacks.com then downloads section, homebrew, emulators, get the one closer to the top
and or fanjita.org go to the gta compatability list and download the version from there.
