it is confussing at first, but once u know it its easy, I have explained this in 100 posts
This is the last clear solution i am gonna write.
You have to download a rom ( unless you are like me and actually own them in which case gonna hope u know what to do)
Once download the rom, inside will be a bunch of mp3 files and a iso, and maybe or two other files
forget those other two
Put the mp3 files in a folder called neocd.mp3 ( yes with the .mp3 extension its still a folder)
extract the iso using winrar or equivalant, into a folder with the game name ( im going to use tetris as an example)
so i have tetris.zip
inside it is 10 mp3 files
2 rubish files
and a iso
I move all 10 mp3 files to a folder called neocd.mp3
i then extract the iso to a folder called tetris
i then move the neocd.mp3 into the tetris folder
so i have
tetris/neo.mp3
I move these to the "game" folder on my psp
/psp/game/neocd/tetris
so you have two directories
/psp/game/neocd/tetris
/psp/game/neocd/tetris/neocd.mp3
now all u have to do is load up the emu ( im presuming you already have the bios file in /game/neocd) and go to the game folder and press "O" it will ask if you want to play the game or browse it.
Note You do not actually have to boot the bios it is just used for booting the games.
