This is my first post so hello everyone. I've recently got a PSP and I wasnt able to choose the firmware version. I ended up with version 2.01 and so i searched the net for a downgrader. I have two sites in which people claim to be able to downgrade this version but one of the sites is in a different language and one doesnt give enough information. I was wondering if anyone who knows about this kind of stuff would be able to check these sites out as I dont know anything about programming.

The second ones not an english forum but the post that tells u how to downgrade is in english.

I also downloaded some software that claims to be able to downgrade from 2.01. I didnt want to link it on this forum as I didnt want people like me, who dont know a lot about this kind of stuff, to try it. If anyone wants it I can email it.

There is currently NO 2.01+ Downgrader

Don't believe ANYTHING about a 2.01+ downgrader EVER. If there was one, we wouldn't have the GTA eloader and we wouldn't flame every dumbass that posts claiming that he has a downgrader. I'm not calling you a dumbass, I'm just saying that those arent real.

I'm not claiming that I have a downgrader, I just wanted to know if these were real or fake. I don't know anything about programming thats why I was wondering if anyone who does could check these out. I know that there are a lot of people trying to claim that they have one that does work, thats why I put don't get your hopes up in the title and didnt say that they do work.

hey i didint wanna post a new hole thread just for this question when i can have a simple answer mmm the eloader i have in my current psp wich is 2.01 will it work on 2.5? cuz ima upgrade because of a game i bought please help and thanx.
