when i try to select a rom for neo cd
it gives me a fatal error: could not load neocd.bin
plz help
now i have a new problem i have failed to read IPL.txt some thisng like that

Points: 1.30 Donate | | | u need the neocd.bin in the same folder as the emulator. Try reading the readme.
If you cant find it, google 'neocd.bin' and it should be on the first page.

ex. Metalslug.mp3
like kernal32 said read the readme.txt to see if u have to rename the rom

i took my psp back to target with receit with everything and told them i want a new one if they ask if something is wrong say no and u only want a differnt firmware thats what i did and it worked i checked the side for the infamous c and got it, it was a 2.00 and downgraded  thanks MPH |

Points: 36.65 Donate | | Do a search in google for neocd.bin and put it in the ncdzpsp folder on your MS. then d/l an NeoCDZ Rom from here ( www.coolrom.com). Un-rar the file and use MagicISO to extract the files from the ISO file. For some reason when I tried to get NCDZPSP to read a zipped/rarred file it would not work. Extract the ISO file to a folder called MetalSlug which can be anywhere on your MS. You will then need to create a folder within MetalSlug called neocd.mp3 and still all the sound file in there.
I know this works as i have been playing Metal Slug, ghost Pilots and Overtop on my PSP and they all work really well.

Points: 1.30 Donate | | | means that you either havent extracted the iso or your using a neogeo rom rather than a neogeocd rom
