ok here we go..
1st thing u gotta do is

• get NeoCDPSP v0.9.1
  
• unzip it n u got folder 1.0 & 1.5 n 1 readme( for 2.01+ ,use 1.5 )
  
• here i will only teach the 1.5 style so 1.00 user just do the same except use 1.00 folder
  
• open the 1.5 folder.inside are neocd & neocd% ( 1.00 user just ignore the %folder)
  
• put both file into ur game folder.
  
• get NeoCD.bin file (this will be the BIOS file, if im not wrong the size is 512kb) pm me if u really lazy to search on internet
  
• put the NeoCD.bin in neocd folder (not the % folder)
  
• now the rom part,i use romhustler .after u download all the part(im talking about downloading in romhustler of course) u unzip all the file at 1 time n then u get the metal slug (still in rar file).
  
• then unzip it u get folder called metal slug
  
• inside is many many many track n 1 rar file
  
• make a new folder called 'neocd.mp3' (named it exactly like that)
  
• put all the track in the neocd.mp3 folder .now u done with the track
  
• then unzip the rar file,u will get many many file
  
• after that, zip it back n name it metal slug.zip.then deleate the rar file ( u hv to do this is because the emulator cant read rar file.it can only read zip file
  
• now put that metal slug folder in 'neocd'(again,not the % folder)
  
• so u got sumthing like this : X\psp\game\neocd\metal slug\metal slug.zip & neocd.mp3
  
• now load it n play thats all i can teach u BYE DUDES
