While trying to run roms, my psp is freezing, am i doing anything wrong?

these are the steps i took:

saved my roms on ://Game/NES/Roms/(all my roms are here)

then when running the emu, i'm getting the data not found error (which is normal).

then i'm locating manually my .nes roms, but when i try to load it, the psp just freezes....

thanks alot in advance .

by the way, i'm running under 2.01 firmware

The first time i put an nes emu on my psp i had the same problem, but after awhile of trying it finally worked and never freezed again, what firmware r u using

i'm using firmware 2.01 US, and have Nester J version 1.10 ( the latest one )

I was using 2.6 with fanjitas new eloader, dunno what your problem is

Which NES EMU are you using? I am still using the older NesterJ version as I found the newest one had a few bugs. I use it on the 2.6 though because I have a higher success rate with the eLoader than I do on my 1.5. Saying that, I've not experienced the problems that you have.
