| | Junior Member | | | | | Stupid Proposal Hello. I have a stupid proposal. We have sacrifice so many PSPs for the purpose of downgrading. I've seen alot of info about the PSP hardware and i know that many people know alot about it. I've been in college (graduated) and we've been recreating hardware with MetLab by building the logic blocks and connecting them to create a logic board "emulation" I was wondering, is it possible to do the same thing with the PSP? I know it's A LOT of work but it is possible, i think. This way we could get many people to work on cracking firmware, etc. I'm pretty sure that many of the best hackers/cracker would like to crack the PSP protection but either have no access to a PSP or (like me) have no oportunity of buying another one if they brick it. So, thing is.
1) Create a WIKI site so many people can work together.
2) Start collecting and sharing information of the PSP hardware
3) Emulating each one logically
4) connecting the modules so it works.
It WILL BE ALOT OF WORK. But it will be a gread accomplishment since i don't think sony will make any major changes to the hardware any time soon. |
