Hi,I have a 2.60 PSP,and I want to change one of my default background images (which monthly changes) into black..All black,with wavy lines..
How can I do this?
I tried using PSPersonalize with eLoader,and it asked me whether I want to copy the new images to flash,and I accepted it..I seemed as if it worked,but it didn't change anything...
I want to have a background like this;with wavy lines:

this cannot be done. it will only be done on 1.5 or 2.0 as the monthly background patterns are stored in FLASH0. which cannot be written to on 2.xx.

But, i have attatched a modified default background for you 1.5/2.0'ers. it should be black.

just use file assistant to replace the 01.bmp in FLASH0. i don't have a 1.5 or 2.0, so i do not know if this can be done through pspersonalise.

Thanks for the replies,I am really sorry that I updated to 2.60..I was at 2.00 and upgraded because I wasn't using ISO loaders,and I noticed some instabilities on my PSP..Now I regret,my wish was very innocent,but I can't do it now because of the encryption..

I wish there will be an option on the next firmware update,because you know there is a Theme Options Menu and it may be riched by adding new colors..And Black of course..

I am sure it isn't that hard for Sony..There may be a color chart like in Photoshop,instead of 12 colors..
I just want wavy lines and a color of choose..
